Signed Documents and Agreements

When you sign documents through this platform (such as the Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement), the following data is collected and stored:

• The date and time of signing
• Your name as the signing party

• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., records of past placements, transaction history, Terms of Service acceptance records)
